FAQ
What happens if I arrive late on the day of the photoshoot?
This is possibly one of the most important questions.
Each package offers a set amount of time (30, 60, 90 minutes…), and it’s important to understand that the session time starts counting from the moment you tell me to be at the chosen meeting point. For example, if we agree to meet at the Sabatini Gardens at 10 a.m. and you've selected the 60-minute package, the session would end at 11 a.m. For this reason, it’s very important to be punctual. If you arrive on time, we’ll make the most of the full hour. However, if you’re twenty minutes late, we’ll only have forty minutes left for the session.
In the case of marriage proposals, it can sometimes be challenging to arrive exactly on time since you need to bring your partner to a specific location at a time we've planned without them knowing. In this situation, it's ideal to choose a package of one hour or more to allow for flexibility in case of delays, if they take longer to get ready, or if you stop along the way to the chosen location. If you opt for the 30-minute package, it’s important to arrive on time, or no more than 10-15 minutes late, to ensure there's enough time to capture the proposal moment without rushing and to take a few photos afterward.
When and where will I meet my photographer?
You will meet your photographer at the exact meeting point they send to you via Google Maps. The location and time of the shoot will be sent to you 1-2 days before the photoshoot. If your hotel is close to the photoshoot location, your photographer may be able to pick you up.
What are the sizes of the dresses and how can I find the right one for me?
Madrid Flying dress sizes are flexible and fit many body types. Dresses typically range from XS-M (US 0-10) and L-XL (US 12-18), meaning they are adjustable. Additionally, we can provide you with a guide that is helpful with finding your correct size.
Can I do a flying Madrid dress photoshoot with my boyfriend or husband?
Absolutely! Flying Dress photos with husbands and boyfriends are a popular choice among couples who wish to commemorate special holidays in Madrid. As a bonus, photos for a couple are the same price as a solo photoshoot. Just consider the dress code for your couple, aways try to bring some suit to match the luxurius dress that you will be wearing.
When will I receive my Flying dress pictures?
You will receive all of your photos without the editing process within 7 days depends on your package. From there, you select the photos you want to be edited based on the number allowed per your chosen package. You will then receive the high-resolution (for printing) and web resolution photos within 14 days.
What do I need to bring with me?
Take with you your good mood - that it is the most important. We suggest to wear a beige pair of panties and eventually nipples. All kind of bras are not suitable for our dresses. It is important to take with you bottle with water and any comfortable shoes to eventually hike to the photoshoot location.
Do I need high heels?
Most of our clients not wearing high heels. Also for us it is safer when you are barefoot. But take one pair just in case as we can always combine both options.
When is the best time of day to do a photoshoot in Madrid??
The best time of day for a photoshoot in Madrid can vary depending on your preferences and the style of photos you want to capture. Here are some considerations for different times of day:
Early morning: Many photographers consider early morning to be the best time for a photoshoot in Madrid. During this time, the soft morning light bathes the city in a warm, golden glow. You'll have fewer crowds to contend with, and the atmosphere is relaxing and serene. It's ideal for capturing romantic and dreamy shots.
Mid-Morning or Early Afternoon: If you prefer well-lit, vibrant photos, mid-morning to early afternoon can be a good time for your photoshoot. The sun is high in the sky, providing ample light and vivid colors. However, it can be quite hot during this time, and there will be more tourists around.
Late Afternoon: As the sun starts to dip in the late afternoon, you can capture a mix of warm, directional light and beautiful sunsets. It's a compromise between the soft morning light and the vibrant midday sun.
Golden Hour: The hour leading up to sunset (known as the golden hour) also provides beautiful lighting conditions. The sun's lower angle creates a soft, warm, and flattering light that's great for portraits and landscapes. Sunset itself can be a stunning backdrop for your photos.
Ultimately, the best time for your photoshoot will depend on your personal style and the mood you want to convey in your photos. It's also important to consider the specific locations you plan to visit in Madrid, as some spots may be more photogenic at certain times of day. Additionally, working with a local photographer who knows the city well can help you make the most of your chosen time for the photoshoot.
What happen if the weather is bad?
If there are any bad weather day, we will contact you as soon as possible to make possible alternate choices. If we can not reschedule your photoshoot, your pre payment will be returned.
What should I do if I want to gift a session to a family member or friend?
Simply send us a message with the package you want to gift, along with the names and who it’s from. On the same day, we’ll send you a personalized gift certificate that you can print and give to them. This certificate is valid for one year. Once they receive it, they can contact us to discuss the session details (locations, dates, times, etc.). To receive the certificate, a 30% payment of the chosen package is required. The remaining 70% can be paid once the session is completed.
